We all had a great day out to see the Bill Baileys extraordinary portrait exhibition in Bradford last Friday. The trip ended at Waterstones bookshop for tea and cake. Making friends and getting to each other a little better. The stories behind the portraits are very moving in every sense which gives us all a sense of awe. It was very popular with quite a long que to get in. But well worth the visit and best of all it's free. I highly recommend getting out and about and socialising whilst taking in the spectacular artists work. I took the train from Skipton it was a sunny day but a bit breezy.

Here are some of the paintings we saw. If you haven't yet watched the series it's well worth a watch on BBC iplayer.
